Shipping and Returns

We offer domestic shipping for purchases made within Australia only. Please note that shipping for non-members is charged on all orders under $300.

We pack and ship your goods securely, but accidents happen. Please inspect your packages carefully when they arrive. Goods may be returned if they have been damaged prior to delivery.

Your refund will be processed within four weeks of posting your package with the return shipper. This period accounts for the time it takes for us to receive your package from the return shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
